The Senior PEX BP will play a key role in progressing the company through its next stage of growth.****How You’ll Shape the Experience**:*** Collaborate with the HR team to shape and grow a world-class culture* Develop and improve HR strategies and processes that enable operational excellence and a people-first, performance-driven environment* Serve as the HR business partner for our EMEA-based team, supporting areas such as HRIS & payroll, compensation, benefits, training & development, compliance, health & safety, succession planning, and employee relations & retention* Partner with people leaders to align team capabilities with company values* Lead performance management processes, reviews, and employee experience surveys* Drive consistency, best practices, and clear communication across functions* Work with the Talent Acquisition team to execute strategic hiring initiatives and ensure positive candidate experiences from onboarding to offboarding* Support the Chief People Officer on sensitive employee relations matters, including coaching, performance management, leave management, and UK and EMEA immigration matters* Take on additional high-impact projects as opportunities arise* Additional duties as assigned****The Skills That Set You Apart**:*** 10+ years HR experience* Strong problem-solving and employee relations skills* Ability to dive deep with a strong attention to detail and follow-through* Ability to work in a collaborative work environment and manage conflicting priorities* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus, but not required* CIPD qualified or holding an equivalent internationally recognised HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred, but not required* Experience with HR Systems (such as Workday), MS 365, and Google Workspace strongly preferred, but not required****Where You’ll Connect & Collaborate:***** This role is ideally based out of our Liverpool office, where you’ll work on a hybrid schedule—joining us in person on **Tuesdays**, **Wednesdays**, and **Thursdays** (subject to change) and working from home the remaining days.
