We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our leadership team at YMCA Lakeside, one of the UK’s leading outdoor activity centres. With ongoing site development, we’re in a period of exciting development and growth — and we need someone who’s ready to lead, inspire and make a real impact. Every year, over 12,000 young people visit Lakeside to challenge themselves, build confidence and create lifelong memories; you’ll be at the heart of delivering these transformational experiences.
