Pay: £26,603 per annum based on experience (40 hours per week).
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week with alternating shifts between 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm

About our Nursery

Our beautiful Boston nursery has three main ‘home-from-home’ play rooms, providing a safe and nurturing surrounding for all children, and staffed by a team of long-serving nursery practitioners who make our nursery such a special place. Outdoor play holds great importance at Sandhills Boston, with all rooms having their own individual garden as well as a large, shared garden with wooden play equipment where the children can play with other age groups. We are conveniently located in central Boston, near to the bus and train stations and close to road links with a large, secure car park in front of the main building.

What Your Role Involves

As a valued member of our team, you’ll:

  • Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
  • Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others
