Job Description Summary: The Senior Marketing Specialist will be supporting the local market with strategic marketing and business development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Leading the strategy and execution of critical marketing initiatives in the local market
• Managing proactive marketing initiatives to increase awareness and interest in the market to elevate the position and perception of Cushman & Wakefield and its experts
• Lead and coordinate strategy sessions and pitch/proposal partnership with Leadership, fee-earners and others based on scope of services, client and level of expertise required for pursuit
• Contributes to the c
