As a Senior Marine Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping and strengthening the Royal Navy’s Submarine Fleet by leading critical technical activity within our Structures team. This role offers significant career development, working closely with our MoD customer and collaborating with industry‑leading subject matter experts. You’ll tackle major structural challenges where your judgement, insight and analysis have a direct and visible impact.
Day-to-day, you’ll support our Subject Matter Experts providing technical support to our key customers and across the wider business. You’ll take ownership of directing technical outputs, coordinating activity, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. Your work will span a diverse range of projects on complex assets with excellent opportunities to learn, grow and continue your professional development.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home.
The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
