Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing improvements in a continuous improvement environment.
• Experience in a large manufacturing organization within a similar role.
• Knowledge of operational excellence Lean Tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive sustained operational improvements impacting Key Performance Indicators.
• Support site operations across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Facilitate Kaizens and improve DBS training and facilitation.
