A leading legal technology firm in London is seeking a Senior Lawyer Success Manager to enhance the lawyer experience on their platform. This role involves mentoring Junior Lawyer Success Managers, managing high-potential lawyers, and driving operational efficiencies in a fast-paced startup. Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + equity
Location: London/Hybrid - 2-3 days per week on-site

We’re hiring a Senior Lawyer Success Manager to support our Lawyer Success team. This is more than a typical success role - you’ll mentor and guide Junior Lawyer Success Managers, influence processes, consolidate feedback, and act as a partial escalation point for complex lawyer scenarios.
You will also manage a portfolio of high-potential lawyers, helping them thrive on the platform while ensuring best practices across the team. Whether you’ve worked in customer success, operations or legaltech teams, this role is ideal if you’re ready to combine strategy, mentoring, and hands‑on execution in a fast‑growing startup environment.
