The role involves managing the entire production process from brief to delivery and install. The ideal candidate will possess solid management experience within the large format and signage industry, with hands-on expertise in operating large format printers. Qualifications

• Experience in a similar senior Production based role within the large format and/or signage industry.
• Able to motivate and encourage staff to achieve their highest quality of work.
• Flexibility to work out of hours if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production process from 'brief to delivery and install'.
• Schedule workflow and understand capacity within the Production Department.
• Manage and lead a team of up to 7 staff.
