Description

In this role, you will support on exciting projects and become a strategic partner. Moving beyond traditional research, you will use data to solve complex business challenges. We will invest in your growth and guide you to master behavioral frameworks and AI tools to uncover the "why" behind consumer behavior and craft the narratives that define our clients' futures. Kindly note that we have an office London and Manchester, and will be accepting applicants from either location.

Key Responsibilities

Client Execution and Delivery

  • Proactive end-to-end support on qualitative and/or quantitative projects, including the setup and maintenance of high-engagement online communities and activities.
  • Conduct a variety of qualitative research methodologies, including live moderation of groups, IDIs and shop-alongs, as well as moderating asynchronous discussions, ethnographies, and diary tasks.
  • Analyze, interpret and report on findings from quantitative and/or qualitative research to build a holistic view of the consumer. Collaborate with data specialists and senior team members to combine multi-source data into compelling conclusions.
  • Identify key findings and insights using models like the ISC (Inter-Subjective-Cultural) to understand human attitudes and behaviors in their social and cultural context. Craft these findings into a coherent, relevant and evidence-based narrative.
  • Leverage AI tools and behavioral frameworks to integrate different data types, uncover deeper meanings and increase the value of client deliverables. Summarize and communicate the findings, insights and narrative in a clear, compelling and visually appealing way.
  • Build presentation skills by sharing findings internally, supporting client meetings, and effectively communicating the story behind the data.

Account & Commercial Management

  • Gain valuable client exposure by assisting with project-related communications and tasks.
  • Develop an understanding of client needs and business objectives, using a blended insights perspective to contribute thoughtful ideas.
  • Apply foundational knowledge to projects, adding value and supporting commercial objectives under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Collaborate with the team to promote our brand by contributing to the creation of engaging content for social media and client outreach.
  • Apply a supportive and growth-oriented mindset to all tasks, contributing to the team’s commercial and brand objectives through diligent execution and collaborative problem‑solving.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • We value a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and applying structured thinking to complex problems. This could be developed through a degree in a relevant field (such as Social Sciences, Psychology, or Business) or equivalent practical experience. Advanced study or a Master’s degree is a plus.
