Qualifications

• Previous experience of working directly with vulnerable people in a housing management environment.
• Experience working with a range of external agencies relevant in the welfare of older persons.
• Experience in managing or supervising other people or teams.

• Provide day-to-day management, support and guidance to Independent Living Support Officers.
• Ensure the service meets changing customer expectations.
• Participate in policy and procedural reviews.
• Encourage and support customer involvement.
