Job summary

A reputable building services company is seeking a Lead Air Conditioning Engineer / Senior HVAC Engineer to oversee a team, providing technical support in Northamptom and surrounding areas. This role involves service and preventative maintenance of air conditioning appliances, with opportunities for progression into a Supervisor position. The ideal candidate will have recognised air conditioning qualifications, strong customer service skills, and experience in service contracts. Excellent remuneration and personal use of a van are offered.

• Recognised air conditioning qualifications such as f‑Gas, City and Guilds, NVQ or equivalent would be beneficial.
• Good customer service skills, well-presented and articulate with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Experience of working on air conditioning service and maintenance contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a small team of HVAC Engineers.
• Perform service and preventative maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning appliances.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problematic air conditioning appliances.
