Qualifications

  • Significant experience of working as a registered pharmacy technician in hospital pharmacy setting.
  • Understanding of how to obtain accurate medication histories.
  • Experience in Mental Health.

Responsibilities

  • Support the dispensary with medication for wards and departments.
  • Conduct medicines reconciliations to ensure safe and effective care.
  • Provide counselling to patients about their medicines.

Education
