A holiday home resort company in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Holiday Home Sales Advisor to engage potential owners and guide them through the holiday home ownership process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent people skills and a strong background in sales, with a passion for exceeding targets. This role requires a driving license and includes touring potential owners around properties. Competitive compensation includes commissions and discounts on holidays.
Hours: 40 hours per week; some weekends required
Salary: OTE of up to £60,000.
Contract: Permanent full-time contract
We are looking for an experienced Holiday Home Sales Advisor who can support with our beautiful St Ives Bay Beach Resort. The ideal Holiday Home Sales Advisor is results driven and personable.
You will be offering people the opportunity for Holiday Home Ownership and showcasing our Holiday Homes to potential buyers. You will take ownership of all aspects of Holiday Home Sales. Due to the nature and duties of the role a driving license is required.
As a holiday home sales senior advisor, you will be the person who interacts and builds relationships with potential purchasers, giving them the insights that they need to make informed decisions about purchasing one of our beautiful holiday homes.
You will seek out and create opportunities to talk to potential holiday homeowners, and you will guide them through all aspects of holiday home ownership, making sure that they have all the information and support they need to make a decision.
You will have stretching sales targets which you will be keen to exceed, setting an example to more junior members of the team.
Some of your day would be touring potential owners around a fantastic environment including the sand dunes, sea views, plots available and facilities on site. This role would also include working weekends and bank holidays.
First and foremost, you will be a people person with the ability to build long-term relationships. You will have a real talent for making customers feel special, either on the phone or face-to-face. It’s in the way you talk and, just as importantly, in the way you listen.
Multi-tasking is second nature to you, and even in the busiest moments, you stay calm and approachable. We’re looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who thrives in a performance-driven environment and loves making a real impact.
