Main Duties
  • Create engaging, multi-channel advertising campaigns, with a key focus on digital assets.
  • Operate as a ‘second in command’ to the Design Team manager.
  • Coordinate artwork requests for UK and international product labelling and support materials.
  • Produce high-quality artwork and liaise with technical, NPD, and international marketing teams.
  • Create a range of offline and online design collateral.
  • Amend or create print‑ready artwork using Adobe software on Mac.
  • Ensure packaging/labels comply with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing.
  • Uphold brand guidelines across all marketing areas.
  • Liaise with external agencies and suppliers.
Occasional Duties
  • Work additional hours as needed.
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Travel to other sites as required.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Head of Marketing.
Personal Attributes
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Adept in digital design.
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong creative and copywriting skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay and Conditions
  • Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (including a 1 hour lunch break)
  • Up to £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • 22 days holiday, plus bank holidays
