A growing energy company is searching for a Senior Global Reward Business Partner to shape their global job architecture and pay practices. In this role, you'll drive benchmarking initiatives, partner with leaders on pay analysis, and ensure compliance with EU regulations. You will also develop competitive pay ranges and employee benefits frameworks. We are growing our global Reward function and are looking for an exceptional Senior Global Reward Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the Global Head of Reward, this newly created role will shape and embed our global approach to job architecture, levelling, benchmarking, and pay transparency.
You will design and maintain scalable frameworks, ensure reward practices are market‑competitive, and support regions across reward planning, M&A activity, and compliance with evolving global and EU regulation. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and HR Business Partners, influencing at both local and group level.
You will bring proven HR Operations experience alongside strong Reward Business Partnering expertise, including:

Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
