Qualifications

  • Possession of City & Guilds / NVQ level 3 or above.
  • Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and controls.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical problems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tele-support for complex electro-mechanical issues.
  • Coordinate fault correction activities on MHE.
  • Review system performance and identify root causes.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Accountability for Planned Preventive Maintenance activities.
  • Build and maintain effective customer relationships.

Education

City & Guilds / NVQ level 3 in maintenance mechanical / electrical discipline
