Job summary

A prominent law firm in Greater London seeks an experienced Family Legal PA to join their Family Team. You will provide high-level PA support, managing diaries, organising travel, and handling correspondence for fee earners. The ideal candidate will have experience in Family Law, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to work proactively. Qualifications

  • Experience in a demanding professional services environment.
  • Experience in Family Law is essential.
  • Extremely well organised with excellent diary and time management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Display a high level of attention to detail.
  • A proactive, flexible, and self-motivated approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain fee-earner diaries and appointments.
  • Arrange extensive travel and produce itineraries.
  • Handle fee-earners' inboxes and correspondence.
  • Onboard new clients following compliance rules.
  • Act as key contact for internal and external queries.
  • Produce accurate documentation and correspondence.
  • Prepare account forms and assist with billing process.
