An organization focused on social justice is seeking a Family Support Worker to support families affected by substance use in Oxfordshire. The role involves delivering a comprehensive family program, coordinating group interventions, and mentoring volunteers. Candidates should have strong communication skills, experience in community engagement, and a desire to work with families and young people facing challenges. Salary: £26,650-£32,600 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week, with one late evening and occasional weekends

Support families affected by substance use by delivering a whole family programme. You will help strengthen family resilience, improve communication, and support positive change for children, young people, and their families in Oxfordshire.
