Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Façade Engineering.
• Ability to conduct site inspections and condition assessments.
• Familiar with compliance validation and defect investigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Façade projects and work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain client relationships.
• Support technical due diligence service with site inspections.

Skills

Façade Engineering experience

Practical understanding of façade systems

Familiarity with façade detailed drawings

Proficient in façade performance knowledge

Understanding structural behaviour

Experience with cladding materials

Chartered Engineer status or equivalent
