A prominent educational institution in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to lead design efforts for a complex CRM project. The role involves facilitating user research and design, guiding project teams, and enhancing service experiences. The role
We’re looking for a Senior Experience Designer to join our Experience Architecture practice in Digital Technology Solutions. In this senior role, you’ll lead by example—bringing design thinking to a complex project, guiding the user experience of the University’s Enterprise CRM; ensuring the voice of our users is included in all project outcomes.
What you’ll do:
This full-time position is a fixed term role until January 2027 (possibility of extension) at a HEW 8 Higher Education Level located at Callaghan Campus.
