Job summary

A leading construction company in Scotland is looking for an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Advisor to join the team. You will be responsible for promoting compliance with health and safety regulations and ensuring that all projects adhere to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH Diploma and at least 5 years of experience within the construction industry. Qualifications

• Minimal 5 years’ experience as a Health and Safety Advisor in the construction industry.
• Experience with relevant professional membership (e.g., IOSH, IIRSM).
• Ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support EHS Manager in developing EHS policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement control measures.
• Investigate incidents and participate in root cause analysis.
• Organize and deliver health and safety training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
