personalise marketing, including social media features. **Job Description**Internal title: Senior eCommerce Trading ManagerAs Senior eCommerce Trading Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of one of The LEGO Groups most important growth engines, owning the digital retail commercial performance, influencing the online product and personalisation roadmap, and turning shopper insight into measurable results. This is a highly collaborative, high-impact role where trading meets technology, marketing, supply chain and data, and where your decisions directly shape how millions of consumers discover, engage with and buy LEGO online. If you thrive in complexity, love connecting the dots, and enjoy leading through influence at scale, this role puts you right where strategy becomes action.We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called **Best of Both**, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.No relocation or visa support is offered for this position.The closing date for all applications will be **Friday 30th January 2026.****Core Responsibilities*** Maximise the commercial performance of LEGO.com across Western Europe, owning sales outcomes and trading results end to end and develop the evolution of regional/country level strategies.* Lead and deliver a clear roadmap of ecommerce improvements across site performance, customer behaviour, personalisation and strategic optimisation aligned to growth targets.* Act as a strong commercial voice into core business drivers, partnering closely with demand planning, marketing, distribution and market teams to shape priorities and outcomes.* Translate global ecommerce strategies and trends into locally relevant content, experiences and search optimisation by country and language to unlock incremental growth.* Collaborate with Product (Tech), Merchandising, Distribution and Consumer Services teams to optimise on-site functionality, product availability, shopper NPS and overall eCommerce profitability.**Do you have what it takes*** Strong experience in an eCommerce retail trading role across any product category, with clear ownership of commercial performance.* Hands-on experience using on-site optimisation tools including analytics, testing, content management systems and internal search.* A strong bias for action with a commercial growth mindset, capable of shaping and delivering strategic trading approaches.* Genuine passion for understanding shopper needs and behaviours across the full online customer journey.* Open, collaborative communication style with proven experience working across cultures, time zones and organisational structures to build effective, sustainable relationships.* **Fluency** in English both written and verbal. **French, Dutch** or **Spanish** language capability would be an added benefit.#LI-MD1Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
