Main Duties and Responsibilities:

To support and empower vulnerable people to live the life they have chosen for themselves

To provide age appropriate & dignified support consistent with individual choices and aspirations

To provide personal care where required, in accordance with current best practices

To maintain care skills at a current level and undertake training

Assist with preparing rotas

Provide support and mentoring for domiciliary support workers

Job Requirements:

Level 2 Health and Social Care Qualification (essential)

Level 3 Health and Social Care Qualification (desirable)

Experience in Health and Social Care

Highly motivated and driven

Committed to positively impacting the lives of the vulnerable people we support

Good interpersonal skills

A flexible approach to work and a good team worker

Hold a valid UK driving licence and have regular access to a car

Willingness to provide personal care when required
