Why be a Senior Designer at THG Beauty?

We’re looking for a conceptually strong and detail‑obsessed Senior Designer to join the Cult Beauty Creative Team. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the brand’s visual world across every touchpoint — from digital and print campaigns to packaging, social and experiential. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who combines creative vision with exceptional craft. You’ll balance big‑picture thinking with hands‑on execution, creating work that feels elevated, editorial and unmistakably Cult Beauty. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Design, as well as copywriters, marketers and fellow designers, to deliver 360° creative that continues to push the brand forward.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the design of integrated campaigns across digital, print, CRM and experiential channels.
  • Partnering with the Head of Design to evolve and refine Cult Beauty’s visual identity and design systems.
  • Taking ownership of all BAU design output, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Mentoring junior team members on BAU delivery, providing guidance and feedback to maintain a high standard of creative.
  • Translating creative concepts into beautifully crafted assets – ensuring consistency, precision and brand integrity across all channels.
  • Collaborating with Creative, Marketing and E‑commerce teams to bring ideas to life that inspire and convert.
  • Designing key visuals, toolkits and templates that empower scalable, on‑brand delivery across touchpoints.
  • Mentoring and supporting mid‑weight, junior and artworker‑level designers – fostering collaboration, curiosity and creative growth.
  • Staying ahead of cultural, fashion and beauty trends, bringing fresh inspiration into the work.
  • Championing design quality and innovation, ensuring Cult Beauty remains visually at the forefront of modern beauty culture.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in brand, campaign or editorial design — ideally within beauty, fashion or lifestyle.
  • Strong conceptual thinker with exceptional visual execution skills.
  • Expertise across Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Confidence designing for both digital and print, understanding production best practices.
  • Meticulous eye for layout, typography, composition and image curation.
  • Collaborative mindset – thrives in fast‑paced, evolving creative environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A genuine passion for design, culture and beauty — with the portfolio to prove it.
