Job description

Tomorrow are working alongside an agency that design brands that redefine categories and culture. They blend bold conceptual thinking with exceptional craft, creating work that resonates with audiences in meaningful, unexpected ways. From disruptive start-ups to established global brands, they help clients succeed by placing design at the heart of culture.

They are on the lookout for a Senior Designer who lives and breathes great ideas, someone who can take a spark and turn it into something remarkable. You’ll join our multi-disciplinary team of strategists, designers, writers, and digital experts to create work that moves people and builds brands.

You’ll be leading projects end-to-end from the first brief to final delivery, bringing creative and strategic thinking to every challenge. Our clients range from ambitious start-ups to global household names, across everything from branding and digital to advertising and motion.

What you’ll do:
  • Create ideas-led design work that’s both strategic and beautifully crafted across print, digital, and beyond.
  • Lead projects confidently from concept to completion, setting the creative standard and mentoring junior designers along the way.
  • Direct art for both stills and motion, from brief to shoot to post.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams across strategy, copy, development, and marketing.
  • Build positive, hands‑on relationships with clients and partners.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines with clarity and calm.
What you’ll bring
  • Proven experience designing across both print and digital.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Sketch or Figma too).
  • Motion skills (After Effects or Premiere) are a bonus.
  • A solid understanding of UX principles.
  • Passion for design, craft, and typography.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset — equally great solo or in a team.
