The Senior D365 Analyst will assist in the day-to-day support and maintenance of Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations, working closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, and our managed service partner.

What you’ll do

Being a Senior D365 Analyst about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll:

• Support incident, problem, and event management for D365, escalating complex issues to senior team members or third-party providers.
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining D365 environments, including basic troubleshooting, maintenance and reporting.
• Provide first-line support for D365 users, resolving routine queries and requests.
• Help ensure compliance with Information Security, risk, SOX, and audit requirements by following established processes
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for D365 releases.
