Senior CRM & Personalisation Manager (12‑month Fixed‑term Contract)

Mamas & Papas – An award‑winning global omni‑channel nursery/baby brand and retailer based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.

This role is part of our Digital/Ecommerce team and focuses on developing and executing loyalty and customer relationship strategies across email, push notifications, on‑site personalisation and other digital channels. You will lead the CRM team, drive data collection and optimisation, and collaborate with stakeholders to boost customer growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the CRM team to define the strategy, plans and KPIs (one direct report).
  • Play an integral role in the creation and delivery of the reward programme.
  • Develop and deliver the customer growth plan.
  • Accountable for the customer contact strategy and database usage to meet commercial objectives.
  • Deliver the contact strategy across email, push notifications, on‑site personalisation and other digital channels.
  • Drive omni‑channel multi‑device CRM capabilities to maximise actionable customer data.
  • Improve data collection across the Mamas & Papas ecosystem.
  • Present regular analysis and KPI reporting to drive continuous improvements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to quantify CRM’s contribution to overall sales.
  • Leverage technologies such as Dotdigital and Dynamic Yield to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
