Responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Assess site processes and ensure compliance with GCP and protocol.
• Verify informed consent is obtained and documented appropriately.
• Document activities and support patient recruitment strategies.
• Act as a primary liaison with study site personnel.
