Qualifications

• Knowledge of landlord and tenant law including commercial leases.
• Experience in advising on and drafting new leases and lease renewals.
• Variety of general commercial property experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage client files covering a wide range of commercial property matters.
• Draft and negotiate documentation including leases and agreements.
• Review and advise on documentation and compliance with title requisitions.
• Attend meetings and provide regular project updates to clients.
• Maintain strong working relationships with client personnel.
