Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of collections performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and refine segmentation and treatment strategies.
• Design, monitor, and oversee collections KPIs and dashboards.
• Evaluate and optimize external partner performance.
• Ensure adherence to FCA CONC and Consumer Duty in collections activity.
