Our Technology team plays a key role in supporting the firm’s strategic goals by leveraging cutting‑edge platforms and tools to enhance efficiency and client service.

We are looking for someone to deliver business value by continuously improving and developing the Group’s Intapp Platform. This role involves using new technology to adapt and enhance processes so they meet business needs and align with the Group’s strategy.

Principal duties include:

• Design and build Intapp Boomi workflows from start to finish
• Create and maintain technical documentation for existing Intapp workflows
• Develop and implement Intapp solutions to address business challenges
• Work to Carey Olsen’s design standards and suggest relevant industry standards where appropriate
• Recommend best practices for release management, coding standards, and code reviews
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and scalability
• Train Business Solutions team members on Intapp so they can support and develop these products
• Act as a business analyst on some projects, gathering user requirements and incorporating them into solutions and system configurations
• Mentor junior Technology Team members and provide support when needed
• Follow priorities set by Group requirements and management
• Troubleshoot technical issues and respond to support requests. Analyse recurring problems and propose permanent fixes
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the Technology department professionally in all interactions. Attend business meetings as needed
• Comply with Technology Governance processes such as incident management and change enablement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business contacts and third‑party suppliers

We are looking for:

• Several years’ experience developing Intapp solutions to a high standard
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and ETL tools (e.g., Intapp Integration Service (IIS))
• Advanced SQL development skills
• Ability to create reports in SiSense
• Skilled in using Intapp API Swagger for reporting solutions
• Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell)
• Previous experience working with Intapp in a legal or professional services environment
• Experience deploying applications to Azure cloud services
• Understanding of legal compliance processes and regulatory reporting
• Familiarity with version control, release management, and secure coding practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across global teams
• Previous experience supporting and developing business solutions
• Experience integrating Intapp with other applications
