Job description
What I’ll Be Doing – Your Accountabilities
  • Business engagement across a wide range of CFU stakeholders.
  • Perform product end-to-end assessments and risk and control reviews.
  • Establish expectations with CFU and provide insights to influence CFU decisions to drive better business outcomes.
  • Understanding of processes and systems along with commercial insight on new products to define and recommend new or amend appropriate coverage and controls, and ensure they are executed.
  • Carry out root cause analysis and root cause management at CFU level (working with Control Operations and Recovery).

Business Assurance Knowledge –

Data Discovery & Analysis

Expert in analytical data analysis and problem solving, and data reconciliation experience.

  • Ability to articulate high level commercial impact of complex assurance activities to senior stakeholders

Product & Business Knowledge –

have subject matter expertise and knowledge of a range of BT processes, systems and product offerings
