An environmental consultancy in the UK is seeking a qualified individual to support the biodiversity net gain (BNG) services. Responsibilities include creating resources, assuring biodiversity assessments, and mentoring peers. Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of UK planning systems, experience with botany surveys, and familiarity with GIS software. Hybrid working model with a competitive salary.

Salary: £39,390 - £46,590 per annum (plus £3,000 HCLA for London), dependent on experience. Pay points advertised currently reflect our 2025 salary banding. All pay points are reevaluated at the beginning of each year to consider inflation and other potential changes. We are passionate about pay transparency and equal and fair pay. Location: Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Cardiff, Exeter, London. We operate a hybrid working model with an expectation of 2 days a week in the office - this can include on‑site days.
