A leading construction joint venture in London is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator. This role is vital for overseeing BIM deliverables and mentoring the BIM team. This Senior BIM Coordinator will be working closely with the Delivery Unit BIM Lead and BIM Manager to provide the BIM deliverables at the key project milestones. The role is a central link between BIM and various disciplines and departments such as Design House, subcontractors, design management, quality assurance, engineering, surveying and HS2 (the client). Senior BIM Coordinator brings required expertise and mentorship to train and guide the rest of the BIM team.

The role will work on the HS2 project. HS2 is the UK’s new high‑speed rail network, connecting 8 of the UK’s 10 biggest cities with fast, reliable and frequent services. The Skanska | Costain | STRABAG (SCS JV) is delivering the HS2 London Tunnels Contract, which includes twin‑bored tunnels, SCL tunnels, shaft sinking, bridge demolition and reconstruction, services diversions, earthworks and the construction of site compounds.
