A prominent law firm in Greater London seeks an experienced Senior Associate IP lawyer to manage IP disputes and litigation. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in intellectual property and demonstrate strong legal knowledge and enthusiasm for business development. Our intellectual property department has an opportunity for an experienced and commercially-minded IP lawyer to join the team at Senior Associate level.
The successful candidate will be experienced at handling IP disputes and litigation, with a focus on trade marks, passing off, copyright, and designs.
They will work directly with two partners and a team of talented associates in our London and Manchester offices and will have daily exposure to high quality work from clients in the sports, fashion and brands space.
This role would appeal to an entrepreneurial and commercially-minded lawyer, who enjoys working in a down-to-earth team with a lively culture. The successful candidate will have good communication skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for solving problems for busy clients.
