Role Summary And Impact

Take on a pivotal role in leading and managing media planning and execution across all channels—both offline and online. You’ll onboard and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior clients, becoming their trusted advisor. Take ownership of media planning quality, process adherence, and team motivation, and contribute to annual planning and development of award-winning, insight-driven work. You will also identify growth opportunities for both the client and the agency, drive business development, lead and support a high-performing team, and contribute to the agency culture.

Responsibilities
  • Successfully onboard and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
  • Take ownership of media planning quality, process adherence, and team motivation.
  • Deliver annual planning and contribute to the development of award-winning, insight-driven work.
  • Identify growth opportunities for the client and agency while driving business development.
  • Lead and support a high-performing team and contribute to a positive agency culture.
  • Collaborate with the EssenceMediacom network and manage relationships with clients and partners globally.
