THE ROLE & TEAM

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced non‑contentious construction lawyer to join our growing Construction team at Senior Associate level.

You will be joining the Construction team who have a wealth of experience acting for local authorities, contractors, developers, architects and consultant engineers in resolving complex disputes through adjudication, arbitration, mediation and litigation. The team work flexibly across our offices. As such, you can expect to work collaboratively with talented colleagues across the wider team and have exposure to high quality work across a range of sectors.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
  • Strong experience in dealing with non‑contentious construction matters
  • Lead and manage your own caseload of non‑contentious construction matters
  • Passionate about working on complex cases with a varied client base
  • Work collaboratively to ensure a high level of client management
  • Work closely with Partners to support and assist in the development of your department including marketing and business plans
  • Previously worked at Associate or working towards Senior Associate level
  • Supervise junior colleagues, when required, by coaching, mentoring and facilitating development.
