Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python for production-ready delivery.
• Deep understanding of the GenAI landscape and agentic frameworks.
• Hands-on professional experience in NLP, Information Retrieval, LLMs.
• Experience in full model lifecycle including experimentation and deployment.
• Good knowledge of AWS’s AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and build generative AI applications for financial workflows.
• Drive end-to-end model development lifecycle and best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and elevate/mentor teammates.
• Translate complex problems into scoped bets in a dynamic environment.
• Iterate improvements with a fail-fast mentality.
• Lead and push AI adoption within 9fin.
