About the Role

We’re looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Account Manager to lead client engagement and business growth in Southwest London. With a strong background in instrumentation and process automation, you’ll play a key role in delivering value-driven solutions to our customers across a range of industries.

This is a strategic role for someone who thrives on building long-term relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving consultative sales in a technically complex environment.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and growing a portfolio of high-value accounts using strategic account planning.
  • Developing deep customer insight and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Providing expert guidance on instrumentation products, services, and solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Solutions.
  • Applying a consultative sales approach to uncover and address customer needs.
  • Driving business development initiatives and contribute to regional strategy.
  • Maintaining regular customer engagement—both in-person and virtually.
  • Demonstrating agility, proactive decision-making, and a solution-focused mindset.

  • Proven experience in sales within Instrumentation, Process Automation
  • Strong technical understanding of measurement technologies and systems.
