Location: Bedford, UK

Details

Service Express UK has a new opening for an experienced Senior Account Executive with successful experience selling Managed Services.

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to focus on acquiring new logo customers, particularly new customers, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Application Managed Service Providers, by integrating Service Express MIS services into their SaaS offerings. This role involves full-cycle sales responsibilities—from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal development and deal closure—while leveraging Service Express’s sales methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities through cold outreach, social media, and industry events.
  • Conduct discovery meetings, understand customer needs, and tailor MIS solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, PreSales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, build 12-month pipelines, and develop account plans for ISVs and key prospects.
  • Create and share thought leadership content via blogs and social media.
  • Represent the company at industry events and confidently articulate the value of Service Express offerings.
  • Support internal reporting and forecasting processes, including ROI tracking and performance reviews.
