Qualifications

  • Creativity in supporting students with a range of SEND needs.
  • Experience in working with students in an educational setting is essential.
  • Training in ELSA, Thrive, or therapeutic mentoring is an advantage.
  • You must be enthusiastic and committed to enabling students to access the curriculum.
  • Ability to ensure the wellbeing and personal development of individual students.

  • Work flexibly across key stages under the direction of the class teacher.
  • Support students in rebuild confidence and re-engagement with learning.
  • Ensure individual students' wellbeing and personal development enhances learning.
