Vigilant Security are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team at Darlington Memorial Hospital on a full‑time, permanent contract. This position may suit anyone who has previous experience within the Security, Hospitality or Customer Service Industry, or someone looking to start a new career. You must be able to work as part of a team and be able to carry out specific instructions set by the client. As an approved SIA ACS Contractor, Vigilant Security sits at the top 5 % of security providers, benchmarking the high quality of procedures and training apologies all staff undergo.
You will provide a professional, responsive, and observant security presence. The Security Officer duties on this site are varied and will include reception duties, customer‑facing duties, patrol, and site inspections. Communication and customer service skills are essential as you will engage with clients and visitors throughout each shift. A high‑quality of security will be given while staying alert to any potential risks or threats to the location, its assets, and people.
