This is a full-time role, with interviews for suitable SEN TAs taking place from next week. The Role Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a secondary school setting Working closely with teachers and the SEN team to deliver targeted support Providing 1:1 and small group assistance to help students access the curriculum Promoting positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional wellbeing The Ideal Candidate Has previous SEN experience (school-based or relevant alternative settings) Is passionate, patient, and resilient, with a genuine commitment to supporting young people Holds a DBS on the Update Service or is willing to apply for a new DBS This role is well suited to a Psychology Graduate or someone with personal SEN experience looking to develop a career in education Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant Opportunity to gain valuable experience in a rewarding SEN role Competitive rates of pay and full-time consistency If you're ready to make a positive impact and start immediately, we'd love to hear from you.
