A technology support provider is seeking a Second Line Application Support in Bristol to deliver exceptional technical support for critical software products. The role requires strong Oracle SSP-SQL database administration skills and ITIL certification. Candidates must be UK nationals eligible for security clearance. As Second Line Application Support, you’ll have the chance to work on complex systems that underpin national security, giving you the opportunity to grow your technical expertiseÑA while making a real impact.
Day-to-day, you’ll provide critical technical support for a suite of software products, both commercial off‑the‑shelf (COTS) and bespoke solutions. You’ll be at the heart of our Service Management Team, ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and is based on site at Babcock Technology Centre.
The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
