Job summary

We are working exclusively with a growing IT consultancy delivering innovative projects to leading UK and global Financial Services and FinTech firms. They’ve partnered with a major UK tech employer in the financial services sector and are building a team to deliver high-impact initiatives.

We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master who can start immediately or with short notice. You’ll lead multidisciplined teams, drive Agile best practices, and ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles
• Remove impediments and foster a high-performing culture
• Collaborate with stakeholders and track key Agile metrics
• Champion Agile transformation and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/A-CSM)
• Experience managing multiple Scrum teams in scaled Agile environments
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

Nice to Have: Agile coaching experience, DevOps knowledge, SAFe or PMI-ACP certifications.

💰 Salary: Flexible, based on experience
