Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Screen Printer located in East Liverpool, OH. The Screen Printer will be responsible for preparing screens for printing, setting up equipment, and operating the printing machinery to produce high-quality products. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring accuracy in printing, maintaining equipment, managing materials, clean up and adhering to deadlines. Collaboration with the design and production teams is essential to ensure each product meets quality and design standards.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience with screen printing processes, equipment operation, and design application.
  • Attention to detail, ability to inspect finished products, and ensure consistent quality.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and meet scheduled deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and address customer-specific requests.
  • Ability to work on your feet, lift moderate weights, and operate machinery safely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in screen printing or a similar production role is preferred.
