Responsibilities

• Manage financial tasks like cash reconciliation and ordering.
• Line-manage the catering team, including training and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, COSHH, and health & safety regulations.
• Seek feedback for service improvements and trial new menu ideas.
