Job description

This role focuses on delivering expert SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions for various clients, optimizing business processes, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze current financial and controlling processes to identify improvement areas
2. Configure and implement SAP FICO modules to align with business goals
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements
4. Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO solutions
5. Manage financial reporting, general ledger, and cost center accounting setups
6. Handle master data management for finance and controlling modules
7. Perform integration testing with MM, SD, and other SAP modules
8. Create documentation including functional specs and configuration guides
9. Train users on new systems and provide ongoing support
10. Monitor post-go-live support and troubleshoot issues
11. Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and global standards
12. Drive continuous improvements and process automation
13. Support month-end and year-end financial closings
14. Manage risk, security, and audit compliance within SAP systems
15. Use AI-driven finance tools for predictive financial planning
