Job description

CK Group are recruiting for a Sales Operations Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the client's Basingstoke office.

Salary:
£19.98 ph to £26.39 ph PAYE depending on experience

Sales Operations Manager Role:

  • Own and manage all operational and executional aspects of New Employee onboarding
  • Develop an exceptional onboarding, and ongoing training experience for all employees
  • Co-create and own all ongoing field education
  • Partner with Hub Strategic Events Coordinator and support key yearly engagements
  • Provide support to New Learners throughout onboarding process and across levels of training
  • Manage field-facing learning plans within SuccessFactors, ensuring all learning plan assignments stay up to date

Your Background:

  • Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working knowledge
  • Have extensive experience in leading onboarding and ongoing training activities
  • Be a proactive and solutions-oriented professional
  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, compliance, and adaptability skills
  • Previous experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare or medical devices would be advantageous
