This is a part-time, on-site role located in Chelmsford. A Sales and Marketing Assistant will manage day-to-day tasks such as conducting market research, Sales calls and emails, providing outstanding customer service and assisting in executing sales and marketing strategies. You will collaborate with various teams to support to meeting business objectives.

Job Specification
  • Identify potential customers and markets to increase sales
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Prepare and present sales and marketing proposals to clients
  • Create and manage promotional materials and campaigns, both online and offline
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and marketing activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
  • Evaluate customer feedback and implement necessary changes to improve customer satisfaction
  • Implement new sales plans and advertising
  • Support recruitment of suitable Temp candidates
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales & Marketing- able to approach potential clients over the phone and via email.
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Proficiency in conducting Market Research to identify new opportunities
